Created in 2016, Push4m is a deeptech which patented, after 5 years of R&D, biomimetic muscle, a component which imitates the swelling of human muscle and dramatically improves the efficiency of exoskeletons and robots/cobots.
This new generation universal actuator allows self-adaptation to the resisting torque by multiplication of the motor torque or its speed. Through this slow motion, it allows the robotic machine to adapt to its environment and to the operator, in complete safety. And not the other way around as is currently the case. Créée en 2016, Push4m est une deeptech qui a breveté, après 5 ans de R&D, le muscle biomimétique, un composant qui imite le gonflement du muscle humain et améliore de façon spectaculaire l’efficacité des exosquelettes et des robots/cobots.
Cet actuateur universel nouvelle génération permet une auto-adaptation au couple résistant par multiplication du couple moteur ou de sa vitesse. Par ce slow, il permet que l’engin robotique s’adapte à son environnement et à l’opérateur, en toute sécurité. Et non l’inverse comme c’est le cas actuellement. On réduit ainsi considérablement la consommation énergique des engins/machines et on sécurise l’Homme dans toutes les conditions contraignantes, quel que soit l'environnement.
Avec la fabrication additive par l'impression 3D à partir d'un matériau biosourcé breveté, Push4m utilise un processus industriel agile et économique pour fabriquer ses muscles biomimétiques nécessaires aux industriels et aux intégrateurs en robotique.
