    APDC is the association representing ICT and Media in Portugal, a horizontal sector that drives modernity and competitiveness. The aim is to contribute - through in-depth reflection and debate on innovative, decisive and mobilizing topics - to accelerating the process of digital transformation of the Portuguese Economy and Society. To further strengthen its performance, the Association has created Sections for the specific areas of Outsourcing, Smart Cities, Digital Entrepreneurship and AR/VR. It also develops the UPskill Program (https://upskill.pt/) and the Google Professional Certifications Project (https://www.apdc.pt/iniciativas/projeto-google//), in addition to other initiatives.
