XVth PIARC International Winter Road Congress will take place on 20–23 February 2018 in AMBEREXPO Exhibition and Convention Centre in Gdańsk.

The International Winter Road Congress has been organised in a four-year cycle by PIARC World Road Association since 1969. It is a global event which gathers specialists in the field of road operation from all over the world.

The next Congress edition’s theme is “Providing a Safe and Sustainable Winter Road Service”. The experts invited will present papers on technical, social and economic challenges related to the maintenance of road mobility in extreme weather conditions.
As past years’ experience shows, the 15th International Winter Road Congress in Gdańsk will also constitute for its participants an interesting platform for exchange of knowledge, presentations of technological solutions, the state of research and the best global practices in the field of winter operation, including maintenance of proper technical parameters of roads.
