We believe that every European should be able to exploit the benefits and opportunities created by digital transformation.

Our network targets 170 mln Europeans who have an insufficient level of digital skills. We work to empower and support them in gaining digital skills to benefit from online services, to find work, to have a better quality of life or to be fully included in today’s digital society.
