The SPIN Priority Research Program and Equipment (PEPR) is an Exploratory program as part of the France 2030 investment plan.
It aims to develop a new generation of components for a more frugal, agile and sustainable digital world. Funded to the tune of 38 million euros over eight years, the SPIN Research Program must help support a new cycle of innovation in spintronics.
Co-led by the CEA and the CNRS, this program aims to address various scientific challenges, to strengthen a national network for the development of innovative materials, and to support interdisciplinary and innovative research. -

Le Programme et Équipements Prioritaires de Recherche SPIN (PEPR) est un programme Exploratoire dans le cadre du plan d’investissement France 2030.
Il vise à développer une nouvelle génération de composants pour un monde numérique plus frugale, agile et durable. Financé à hauteur de 38 millions d’euros sur huit ans, le Programme de Recherche SPIN doit contribuer à accompagner un nouveau cycle d’innovation en spintronique.
Copiloté par le CEA et le CNRS, ce programme aspire à relever divers défis scientifiques, à renforcer un réseau national pour le développement de matériaux novateurs, et à soutenir des recherches interdisciplinaires et innovantes.
