La MLJBA est une association d'insertion professionnelle et sociale située à Annecy en Haute-Savoie. Elle fait partie du réseau des Missions Locales implantées sur le territoire national.
La MLJBA couvre les communes du Bassin Annécien avec plusieurs lieux d'accueil sur l'ensemble de son territoire :
- 1 siège basé sur Annecy,
- 2 antennes implantées à Rumilly et Faverges-Seythenex,
- 5 permanences d’accueil situées sur les communes d'Alby-sur-Chéran, Fillière, La Balme de Sillingy, Saint-Jorioz et Thônes.
La MLJBA met à disposition des entreprises toutes les compétences nécessaires pour leur apporter une réponse optimale et adaptée à leurs besoins de recrutement, d'accompagnement, d’informations... Impliqués aux côtés des entreprises, le savoir-faire et la compétence des conseillers sont à leur service pour la réussite de leurs recrutements.
La MLJBA met à votre disposition ses outils d’aide à la décision pour construire avec vous :

La MLJBA travaille en étroite collaboration avec de nombreux partenaires institutionnels, l'Education nationale, les acteurs de la formation, du social, de l'économie... et plus de 1 000 employeurs qui nous font confiance.
Plus de 30 collaborateurs sont au service des jeunes, des entreprises et des différents partenaires et institutions.
La MLJBA assure des fonctions d’accueil, d’information, d’orientation et d’accompagnement auprès de plus de 4 500 jeunes de 16 à 25 ans chaque année. Notre métier a pour finalité d’accompagner ces jeunes dans leurs démarches d’insertion professionnelle et sociale, dans les domaines de :
- l'emploi,
- l'orientation et la formation,
- la mobilité et la mobilité internationale,
- la santé, le logement, et la vie quotidienne : droits et devoirs du citoyen, les loisirs, sport et la culture.
