The SEFH is a scientific, private, active and professional, non-profit organization dedicated to increasing the state of knowledge about hospital pharmacy and whose actions seek to increase the proper and safe use of medicines.
The main objective of the Spanish Society of Hospital Pharmacy is to encourage and promote the scientific, technical, academic, functional and teaching activities of the hospital pharmacist and, as a general rule, everything related to Hospital Pharmacy, for the benefit of citizens and society as a whole.
Another of its outstanding objectives is to establish synergies of action with other entities and groups of interest such as public administrations, research centers, scientific societies, patient associations, etc.
To this end, the SEFH organizes and convenes courses, conferences, seminars or meetings of any kind, scientific or technical, within the field of Hospital Pharmacy, in addition to offering grants and scholarships.
The SEFH has more than 3,500 members, including pharmacists and other healthcare professionals related to Hospital Pharmacy.

La SEFH es una organización científica, privada, activa y profesional, sin ánimo de lucro, dedicada a incrementar el estado del conocimiento sobre la farmacia hospitalaria y cuyas acciones buscan aumentar el uso adecuado y seguro de los medicamentos.
El objetivo principal de la Sociedad Española de Farmacia Hospitalaria es fomentar y promover las actividades científicas, técnicas, académicas, funcionales y docentes del farmacéutico de hospital y, por regla general, de todo lo concerniente a la Farmacia Hospitalaria, en beneficio de los ciudadanos y la sociedad en su conjunto.
Otro de sus objetivos destacados es el de establecer sinergias de actuación con otras entidades y colectivos de interés como administraciones públicas, centros de investigación, sociedades científicas, asociaciones de pacientes, etc.
Para ello, la SEFH organiza y convoca cursos, congresos, seminarios o reuniones de cualquier tipo, científicas o técnicas, dentro del campo de la Farmacia Hospitalaria, además de ofrecer ayudas y becas.
La SEFH cuenta con más de 3.500 socios, entre farmacéuticos y otros profesionales sanitarios relacionados con la Farmacia Hospitalaria.
