The Fondation Enfances 2/32 France Colombie is an NGO, founded in 2000, with a resolution of legal personality. The Foundation began its activities in 2002, in the town of Pereira, with 12 children, implementing a program aimed at fully guaranteeing their rights through health, protection, participation and development actions, without excluding them from their family environment, but on the contrary by connecting their entire family and community group.
Today, the Foundation directly helps 200 children from the municipalities of Pereira, Dosquebradas and Pueblo Rico, with a comprehensive training program, focused on creating the conditions that allow them to achieve healthy and happy development, based on care processes having as its central core the construction of a healthy life and the exercise of their aesthetic and social sensitivity.

La Fondation Enfances 2/32 France Colombie, est une ONG, fondée en 2000, avec une résolution de personnalité juridique. No 194, accordé le 12 avril 2002 par le Ministère de la Santé ICBF (Institut Colombien du Bien-être Familial) Régional Risaralda ; engagé dans la mission de garantir, promouvoir, diffuser et restaurer les droits de l'homme, avec un accent particulier sur les droits des enfants et la construction de la paix et de la citoyenneté.
La Fondation a commencé ses activités en 2002, dans la ville de Pereira, avec 12 enfants, en mettant en œuvre un programme visant à garantir pleinement leurs droits par des actions de santé, de protection, de participation et de développement, sans les exclure de leur environnement familial, mais au contraire en reliant l'ensemble de leur groupe familial et communautaire.
