A third place dedicated to digital inclusion in the heart of the Neuhof/Meinau QPV, the Cybergrange is a place for all-round training, an access point to rights, digital leisure spaces and a solidarity Fablab.
It was imagined by a collective of partners: the Solignac college, the Jeep specialized prevention team, FACE Alsace, Form'maker, the “Access code School” web developer training school, Lupovino, the FOCALE project PIC 100% inclusion to support 400 people looking for a job, the CPCV Est training organization, RESU.
Labeled “Digital territory factory” as part of the national program “New places, new links”, our Third Place supports the inhabitants of Neuhof and Meinau in four areas: training and access to employment, access to rights in a context of dematerialization of public service procedures (such as CPAM, CAF, Pôle emploi, etc.), daily life (such as computer equipment at home, school at home, apprenticeship of French, managing screen time with children, digital social relationships on social networks, e-consumption, etc.) and digital creative and recreational hobbies (video games, learning to code, experimentation, manufacturing, creation of objects...).

Tiers lieu dédié à l'inclusion numérique au coeur du QPV Neuhof/Meinau, la Cybergrange est tout à la fois lieu de formation tous azimuts, point d’accès aux droits, espaces de loisirs numériques et Fablab solidaire.
Elle a été imaginée par un collectif de partenaires : le collège Solignac, l’équipe de prévention spécialisée de la Jeep, FACE Alsace, Form'maker, l'école de formation de développeurs web “Access code School”, Lupovino, le projet FOCALE PIC 100% inclusion pour accompagner 400 personnes à la recherche d'un emploi, l’organisme de formation CPCV Est, la RESU.
Labellisé “Fabrique numérique de territoire” dans le cadre du programme national “Nouveaux lieux, nouveaux liens”, notre Tiers Lieu accompagne les habitants du Neuhof et de la Meinau dans quatre domaines : la formation et l’accès à l’emploi, l’accès aux droits dans un contexte de dématérialisation des démarches des services publics (comme la CPAM, la CAF, Pôle emploi...), la vie quotidienne (comme l’équipement informatique à domicile, l’école à la maison, l’apprentissage du Français, la gestion des temps d’écrans avec les enfants, les relations sociales numériques sur les réseaux sociaux, la e-consommation...) et les loisirs créatifs et récréatifs numériques (jeux vidéo, apprentissage du code, expérimentation, fabrication, création d’objets...).
