La Fondation créée en 1993, reconnue d'utilité publique, a pour vocation de lutter contre toutes formes de discriminations et pour l'égalité des chances, grâce à l'engagement social d’entreprises.
En 2009, à l'initiative d'un club d'entrepreneurs gardois et avec l'aide du Conseil Départemental du Gard, naît FACE Gard. Un club d'Entreprises local qui agit de concert avec les acteurs territoriaux: entreprises, services de l'Etat, collectivités, établissements scolaires et monde associatif en proposant des actions innovantes en faveur de l'inclusion sociale.
Notre objectif est de favoriser l'accès et le retour à l'emploi, la sensibilisation des collégiens aux métiers de l'entreprise, la lutte contre la précarité dans les quartiers prioritaires politique de la ville, ainsi que d'accompagner les entreprises à l'aide de diagnostics, de sensibilisations et de formations / ateliers d'échanges et bonnes pratiques.
