GAMMA Tech is a start-up in the field of advanced materials. We develop and manufacture multifunctional materials based on glass microspheres and polymer composites.
🚀 We use a sol-gel technology to produce solid and hollow glass microspheres. This technology is patented and the associated know-how is filed.
Unlike conventional glass microspheres manufacturing, our ambient temperature process has a low-carbon footprint. Moreover, our sol-gel technology offers numerous customization options : specific formulations, organic/inorganic hybrids...
Filling paints, coatings or composites with our microspheres provide unique performances and processing benefits like : weight reduction, thermal insulation, retro-reflectivity, solar reflectance, lower VOC emission...
Our products are attractive for the transportation, building and construction markets.
💡 Our product roadmap includes R&D activities in combining microspheres with specific matrix such as shock-absorbing and self-regenerating polymers.
As of today, our focus applications are :
