Conservation, education, ecotourism - we do it all!
Ebony Forest is a registered non-profit organisation dedicated to restoring the threatened flora and fauna of Mauritius. Since 2006, we have planted more than 154,000 native and endemic plants and weeded more than 33hectares of invaded forest. In 2017, we opened our Visitor and Ecology Centre to help generate sustainable financing for our ongoing conservation activities and to inspire and teach future conservationists about the importance of nature conservation.
