ReACT Therapeutics is a French biotech company working to restore the effectiveness of cancer treatments and improve the quality of care provided to patients.
Created in January 2023 in Grenoble, ReACT Therapeutics aims to develop a new class of molecules capable of blocking the phenomena of multi-resistance responsible for therapeutic failures.

The result of 15 years of research at Grenoble-Alpes University, our technology makes it possible to selectively target a key protein involved in the efflux of anticancer treatments: Breast Cancer Resistance Protein (BCRP).
Our lead molecule, ValOMé, is an effective, selective and non-toxic BCRP inhibitor.
➡️ By combining the action of ValOMé with the action of an anticancer drug, we restore the effectiveness of the latter in patients with therapeutic failure.

ReACT Therapeutics est une biotech française qui œuvre à rétablir l’efficacité des traitements anticancéreux et à améliorer la qualité des soins dispensés aux patients.
Créée en janvier 2023 à Grenoble, ReACT Therapeutics a pour but de développer une nouvelle classe de molécules capable de bloquer les phénomènes de multirésistance responsables des échecs thérapeutiques.
➡️ Notre mission : Travailler pour et avec les patients afin de rétablir l’efficacité de leurs traitements anticancéreux et améliorer la qualité de leurs soins.
➡️ Notre but : Développer une nouvelle classe de molécules capable de bloquer les phénomènes de multirésistance en oncologie.
Fruit de 15 années de recherche à l’Université Grenoble-Alpes, notre technologie permet de cibler sélectivement une protéine clé impliquée dans l’efflux des traitements anticancéreux : la Breast Cancer Resistance Protein (BCRP).
Notre molécule leader, ValOMé, est un inhibiteur de BCRP efficace, sélectif et non toxique.
➡️ En combinant l’action de ValOMé à l’action d’un anticancéreux, nous rétablissons l’efficacité de ce dernier chez les patients en échec thérapeutique.
