Recognized in the West since 1974, with a team of nearly sixty employees, our independent company is involved in studies, project management and building engineering. It is organized into four departments – Economy, Fluids, Structures, Construction sites – and manages all types of works: housing, private or public ERP, industrial buildings, commercial complexes, etc. We deal with simple or complex projects, new projects and renovations.

Reconnue dans l’Ouest depuis 1974, forte d’une équipe de près de soixante collaborateurs, notre entreprise indépendante intervient en études, maîtrise d’oeuvre et ingénierie du bâtiment. Elle est organisée en quatre départements – Économie, Fluides, Structures, Chantiers - et maîtrise tous types d’ouvrages : logements, ERP privés ou publics, bâtiments industriels, ensembles commerciaux... Nous traitons des projets simples ou complexes, neufs et réhabilitations.
Un bureau d’études multi spécialiste doit répondre à un double enjeu : produire une prestation technique de qualité et s’investir dynamiquement dans une équipe plus large.

Notre rôle ne se limite pas à être un des membres de l’équipe de maîtrise d’oeuvre.
Nous voulons fédérer les différentes approches du projet afin d’aboutir à une synthèse, gage de réussite. Cette dynamique, rendue possible grâce à notre esprit de groupe basé sur les valeurs humaines, fait la force de CETRAC. Notre but est d’optimiser le projet et d’atteindre les objectifs fixés, dans l’intérêt de nos clients et partenaires.
