    IDHELIO is an engineering company created in 2008 and located in ALBI, France. Its main activity includes design, development and implementation of industrial thermal solutions in order to help industry in decarbonizing its processes. For this, we mainly rely on two technologies developed in-house.
    The first one is named HELIO PROD; it allows a production of high temperature hot air (up to 250°C) using the principle of solar concentration through a Linear Fresnel Reflector. This production of hygienized and dry hot air produces neither particles, nor CO2 or NOx.
    The second technology is named HELIO STORE: a stratified thermal heat storage system made of a pebble-bed, which allows the recovery of waste heat or solar heat produced by HELIO SMART. Its main assets are its high storage density, its large exchange surface and the absence of water (no risk of legionellosis).
    Our technologies, like our solutions, are simple, robust and secure: our automated and monitored systems have no regulatory constraints and avoid the use of oil, water or steam. They are easily connected to existing systems such as burners, pasteurization or drying applications, cooking furnaces, desiccant-wheel based dehumidifiers, combustion air preheating, etc.
