The “Earthship sisters” initiative will reveal the potential of 14 women passionate about the environment thanks to the combination of 4 experiences over a 9-month program, like a “rebirth”:
- 5 weekends of leadership training to get to know yourself, know how to convince and mobilize the media with inspiring international experts.
- support in carrying out their projects in favor of the environment with individual coaches, cutting-edge collective intelligence exercises and mentoring by Earthship Mothers & Renowned fathers.
- a 16-day sailing expedition in the Mediterranean led by the Sisters to connect with others, with Nature and lead to mobilization actions for schools and the general public at stopovers,
We will thus create a growing community of Earthship Sisters: dynamic women with varied profiles who will dare to get involved in changing our society and will sow the desire to act supported by high-quality communication!

Les femmes ont une sensibilité accrue au devenir de notre planète et aussi un mode de leadership plus collaboratif. Elles ont besoin d’un coup de pouce pour s’exprimer au maximum à l’aube de la confluence de 2 mouvements sociétaux majeurs: la pleine expression des potentialités féminines et la protection de l’environnement.
L’initiative “Earthship sisters” va permettre de révéler le potentiel de 14 femmes passionnées par l’environnement grâce à la combinaison de 4 expériences sur un programme de 9 mois, comme un “rebirth”:
- 5 week ends de formation en leadership pour se connaitre, savoir convaincre et mobiliser les médias avec des experts internationaux inspirants.
- un accompagnement dans la réalisation de leurs projets en faveur de l’environnement avec des coachs individuels, des exercices d’intelligence collective à la pointe et un mentorat par des Earthship Mothers & Fathers renommés.
- une expédition de 16 jours à la voile en Méditerranée pilotée par les Sisters pour se connecter aux autres, à la Nature et conduire aux escales des actions de mobilisation des scolaires et du grand public,
Nous créerons ainsi une communauté grandissante d’Earthship Sisters: des femmes dynamiques et aux profils variés qui oseront s’impliquer pour changer notre société et sèmeront l’envie d’agir appuyées par une communication de haute qualité!
