A simulation platform for initial and continuing TRAINING:

Un plateau de simulation pour la FORMATION initiale et continue :
L’objectif est de proposer des formations multi-disciplinaires, interactives et collaboratives pour les étudiants et les professionnels de santé : médecins, chirurgiens, paramédicaux, biologistes...
Ce bâtiment de 3000 m2 dont l’architecture offre des pièces dédiées à chaque spécialité, permet à la fois des formations individuelles et en équipe.
Au MTC, les professionnels de plusieurs métiers sont amenés à travailler ensemble lors de formations à la fois procédurales et comportementales. C’est une vraie originalité.
Un plateau technique pour développer l’INNOVATION et la RECHERCHE :
Exceptionnel car très complet et innovant, le MTC est doté d’un espace technologique qui comprend de nombreux simulateurs, haute et basse fidélité. Il sert ainsi à contribuer à la diffusion des innovations technologiques.
Il dispose de blocs opératoires complets. La force du MTC est d’être animé par des professionnels de santé et des industriels du monde pharmaceutique, biomédical ou des start-up.
Ces dernières peuvent ainsi mettre au point leurs innovations, comme par exemple le développement d’un robot pour guider la pose de sondes dans les vaisseaux sanguins sans recours à l’imagerie médicale à rayons X.
Le MTC du CHU de Rouen, en partenariat avec l’Université de Rouen et le soutien de la Région Normandie, s’appuie sur l’émulation crée par les professionnels de santé et les laboratoires pharmaceutiques et biomédicaux pour rester à la pointe de l’innovation et offrir des services de santé toujours plus performants pour la population.
