Passer’Elles est née d’un constat, celui d’une société de plus en plus individualiste qui enferme les êtres dans la détresse, et accepte la stigmatisation au regard de sa couleur de peau, de ses origines sociales ou culturelles, qui nous éloigne du bonheur simple qui nait à travers le partage, la solidarité et la découverte de l’autre avec ses différences.
Ce sont les actions collectives autour d’activités spécifiques comme la danse qui fédèrent, qui sont des moteurs de changement personnel, qui modifient le regard que l’on porte sur soi et sur les autres.
La danse, dans la mesure où elle sollicite l’être humain dans sa totalité, représente un instrument privilégié d’intégration et d’épanouissement personnel.

Ainsi, l'objectif premier de Passer'Elles est de créer des ponts intergénérationnels, inter quartiers, interculturels grâce à la pratique d'activités sportives, dans une optique sport-santé définis par les principes fondamentaux de la fédération Française d’Éducation Physique et Gymnastique Volontaire.
Au travers d’activités fédératrices (telles que la marche nordique ou la zumba), Passer'Elles allie les bienfaits du sport-santé et l’échange entre les usagers afin de créer un espace de lien social .
Nos différentes actions ont pour objectifs de :
- Permettre à toutes de participer à des activités sportives et socio-culturelles dans un souci de recherche de bien-être et d’estime de soi,
