Situé au Sud-ouest des Landes, 1ère destination thermale de France, territoire connecté au très haut débit et desservi par la seule gare LGV des Landes, le Grand Dax est doté d’un patrimoine sportif et culturel fort qui fait de lui une terre de loisirs et d’échanges.
La Communauté d’agglomération se compose de 20 communes et compte plus de 57 500 habitants sur 344 km2 tout en bénéficiant d'une situation géographique exceptionnelle qui a construit un projet de territoire qui se veut être le reflet d’une vision politique partagée, des dynamiques qui fondent la vie du Grand Dax avec une mise en perspective de la stratégie de développement.
