Under the spectrum of a bioclimatic architecture, the projects are designed to be respectfully inserted into their environment, from the choice of materials to the proposed life program, including their implementation.
The functioning of Fresh, combining design of the project and execution of work (MOEX), allows it to ensure a consistency of the project and an ability to follow and question the detail, regardless of the project scale.
Today, the agency continues its growth while preserving the articulation between creative engineering and act of building. Since 2021, it has been deployed in Bordeaux, then Nice, to ensure the continuity and quality of its projects in the region and carry out an architecture meeting the expectations of its territory and anchored in its context.

Autour du trio fondateur formé en 2007 par les architectes associés Julien Rousseau, Ulisse Gnesda et Luca Battaglia, l’agence FRESH architectures regroupe aujourd’hui une soixantaine de collaborateurs encadrés par sept directeurs de projets, et trois jeunes nouveaux associés : Marion Legrand, Stéphane Pereira et Julien Faure.
L’ambition de FRESH commence par l’aptitude à construire la ville sur la ville : grâce aux nombreuses réalisations en réhabilitation lourde sur différentes typologies de projets et à des retours d’expérience consolidée sur ses chantiers, FRESH architectures a acquis une connaissance spécifique des différentes problématiques de transformation d’usages, valorisation du bâti existant, et de requalification de site dans des contextes urbains contraints.
Chez FRESH, conception et construction résonnent avec réutilisation, réemploi, recyclage... Renaissance, en réhabilitation comme en construction neuve. Construire mieux avec moins, employer le bon matériau au bon endroit, en quantité raisonnée et optimale : les enjeux d’une architecture frugale sont au cœur de sa pratique. Sous le spectre d’une architecture bioclimatique, les projets sont conçus pour s’insérer respectueusement dans leur environnement, du choix des matériaux au programme de vie proposé, en passant par leur mise en œuvre.
Le fonctionnement de FRESH, conjuguant conception du projet et exécution de travaux (MOEX), lui permet d’assurer une cohérence du projet et une capacité à suivre et interroger le détail, peu importe l’échelle du projet.
Aujourd’hui, l’agence poursuit sa croissance tout en préservant l’articulation entre génie créatif et acte de construire. Depuis 2021, elle se déploie à Bordeaux, puis Nice, pour assurer la continuité et la qualité de ses projets en région et réaliser une architecture répondant aux attentes de son territoire et ancrée dans son contexte.
