La Fédération Hospitalière de France région PACA (association loi 1901) réunit 122 établissements publics de santé et médico-sociaux : centres hospitaliers universitaires, centres hospitaliers généraux et spécialisés en santé mentale, hôpitaux de proximité, EHPAD et établissements assurant la prise en charge du handicap.
Son conseil d'administration est composé de responsables d'établissements, de responsables médicaux, d'élus, de représentants des usagers.
Ses missions :
- Défendre l’autonomie des établissements hospitaliers et
médico-sociaux et aider à la mise en œuvre des coopérations
territoriales.
- Assurer la défense des droits et intérêts des établissements .
- Représenter les adhérents auprès des pouvoirs publics, des
administrations, des collectivités, de la justice, ou tout organisme
ou institution publique ou privée.
- Promouvoir la qualité des soins, de l'accompagnement et de
l'hébergement dans les établissements.
- Contribuer et participer au niveau régional et
national à la mise en place d’une politique de santé
conforme aux intérêts des usagers du service public
hospitalier et médico-social.
- Faciliter les missions de ses adhérents : soutien, expertise, veille
réglementaire, mise en contact, organisation d'échanges,
manifestations, formations...
- Favoriser la mise en contact dans chaque territoire entre les
professionnels sanitaires et médico-sociaux afin d’améliorer la
cohérence des parcours de soins et projets de vie.
- Renforcer le dialogue social au sein des établissements en
représentant ses adhérents auprès de tout organisme paritaire.
