A "serious game" to understand the actions to be taken to limit climate change
2tonnes is an immersive workshop to explore the future and act together for the climate. In 2 to 3 hours, a group of about 10 participants will reflect individually and collectively, and take actions that will bring about a direct change in greenhouse gas emissions with one mission: to get closer to the objective of the Paris Climate Agreement. The project is supported by an SSE company, which develops and deploys the tool to companies and schools, and by an association, which organizes workshops for the public and leads the community of volunteer facilitators. Même en étant conscient et consciente du problème climatique et des enjeux écologiques, il n'est pas évident de savoir comment agir : par où commencer ? Qu'est-ce qui a de l'impact ? Quelle action prioriser ?
D'ailleurs, à quoi bon agir ? N'est-il pas déjà trop tard ? Ne suis-je pas qu'une goutte dans l'océan ? Les leviers ne sont-ils pas collectifs avant tout ? Et quand bien même notre action aurait de l'impact : s'engager pour le climat, n'est-ce pas qu'une succession de sacrifices difficiles à supporter ?
Beaucoup de questions... un seul atelier pour y répondre !
2tonnes est un atelier immersif pour explorer le futur et agir ensemble pour le climat. En 2 à 3h, un groupe d'environ 10 participants va réfléchir individuellement et collectivement, et prendre des actions qui vont faire évoluer en direct les émissions de gaz à effet de serre avec une mission claire : atteindre l'objectif de l'Accord de Paris sur le climat, c'est-à-dire maintenir le réchauffement bien en dessous de +2°C et si possible de +1.5°C, par rapport à l’ère pré-industrielle.
Pour y parvenir, nous devons réduire nos émissions de gaz à effet de serre, et notamment passer à 2 tonnes équivalent CO2 par an et par habitant d’ici 2050 📉
