We are an initiative of Fundación Chile with more than seven years leading open innovation processes to promote a more competitive, efficient and sustainable mining of the future. Our value lies in the integration and management of mining technological knowledge, leveraged by collaborative work between companies, suppliers and innovation centers at a national and international level.
We achieve this by building an advanced knowledge network and implementing various open innovation processes that allow us to: facilitate and foster a greater connection between the challenges of the mining industry (metallic and non-metallic) and the solutions, products and /or supplier services; guiding the future of the business in an agile and timely manner; strengthening the capabilities of technology-based suppliers; and enabling new business opportunities that also contribute to generating a positive impact on the country's economy and its people.
Today we have worked with more than 80% of Chilean copper production (24 operations), generating a network of more than 2,500 suppliers, connected to more than 200 national and international nodes. This translates into the execution of more than 300 challenges launched to the ecosystem, processes that have allowed more than 4,300 solutions to be prospected, enabling more than 180 contracts between suppliers and mining companies for an approximate amount of USD50 million.Original language

Nuestro valor está en la integración y gestión del conocimiento tecnológico minero, apalancado del trabajo colaborativo entre empresas, proveedores y centros de innovación a nivel nacional e internacional.
Esto lo logramos mediante la construcción de una red de conocimiento avanzado y la implementación de diversos procesos de innovación abierta que nos permitan: facilitar y fomentar una mayor conexión entre los desafíos de la industria minera (metálica y no metálica) y las soluciones, productos y/o servicios de proveedores; orientando de manera ágil y oportuna el futuro del negocio; fortaleciendo las capacidades de proveedores de base tecnológica; y habilitando nuevas oportunidades de negocios que permitan también contribuir a la generación de un impacto positivo en la economía del país y sus personas.
Hoy hemos trabajado con más del 80% de la producción chilena de cobre (24 operaciones), generándose una red de más de 2.500 proveedores, conectados con más de 200 nodos nacionales e internacionales.
