The UIMM – Grand Ouest Normandie training center brings together under the same umbrella two players in the employment-training network, the CFAI and the AFPI, around a common objective: “To enable industrial companies to have the skills they need in order to implement their strategy and improve their competitiveness.
The UIMM Training Center offers you a global training offer through these two entities:
- The CFAI for initial training through apprenticeship.
- AFPI for the continuing training of employees and job seekers.
Teams at your service:
100 employees including 70 trainers.
High-performance technical platforms: depending on the training offered and the number of trainees and apprentices, each of the six sites of the UIMM Training Center – Grand Ouest Normandie has the equipment (machines, tools, software) used in companies technological.

Le Pôle formation UIMM vous propose une offre globale en matière de formation à travers ces deux entités :
- Le CFAI pour la formation initiale par l’apprentissage.
- L'AFPI pour la formation continue des salariés et des demandeurs d'emploi.
Des équipes à votre service :

Des plateaux techniques performants : en fonction des formations proposées et du nombre de stagiaires et d'apprenti(e)s, chacun des six sites du Pôle formation UIMM – Grand Ouest Normandie dispose des équipements (machines, outils, logiciels) utilisés dans les entreprises technologiques.
