Permettre à des collégiens et collégiennes de de l'éducation prioritaire (REP/REP+ ; ex-ZEP) de trouver le stage de 3e de leurs rêves ! Sans autocensure et sans le fatalisme de ceux qui ne connaissent "personne".
Comment ?
C'est très simple, tout est sur une même plateforme !
Vous déposez une annonce, les jeunes y répondent et vous choisissez parmi vos candidats pour la période de votre choix !
Nous proposons une réponse « clé en main » aux entreprises soucieuses de leur responsabilité sociale, désirant accueillir des élèves de 3e mais craignant de ne pas en avoir la capacité.
C'est à la carte, vous pouvez accueillir qui vous voulez, quand vous voulez !
Pourquoi ?
C’est en 3e que se fait le premier choix d’orientation professionnelle. Or, ce stage n’est pas toujours considéré comme un enjeu majeur. C’est parce que cette étape est déterminante que ViensVoirMonTaf veut la transformer en opportunité.
Intervenir dès l’orientation permet de prévenir aussi bien le décrochage que les problèmes d’insertion futurs.
