Serving outreach and human development
The Foundation supports community-oriented, nonprofit projects contributing to sustainable development, in France and abroad.
Its priority areas of action are humanitarian emergencies and development aid, employment and social links, and environmental conservation and biodiversity.
Its takes an original approach by having each project supported by a Group employee acting as sponsor and by encouraging skills sponsorship, which gives its partners – nonprofits and institutions – access to the know-how of its Veoliaforce network of employee volunteers.
Since its creation in 2004, the Foundation has supported more than 1,450 projects and carried out more than 200 skills volunteering missions.

La fondation Veolia soutient, en France et à l’étranger, des projets d’intérêt général et sans but lucratif concourant au développement durable des territoires. Ses domaines d’intervention prioritaires sont l’urgence humanitaire et l’aide au développement, l’accompagnement vers l’emploi et le lien social, la protection de l’environnement et de la biodiversité.
Son originalité est de faire accompagner chaque projet par un parrain, collaborateur du groupe Veolia, et de favoriser le mécénat de compétences, apportant ainsi à ses partenaires, associations et institutions, les savoir-faire du réseau de collaborateurs volontaires Veoliaforce.
Depuis sa création en 2004, la Fondation a aidé plus de 1600 projets, et mené près de 200 missions de compétences.
