We pair physical fitness programs with mental coaching to help girls boost feelings of worthiness and form positive relationships with their own bodies – recognizing it as a source of power instead of shame. These new feelings create a drive to tackle life’s complexities with inner-determination and confidence, equipping girls with the courage and resilience necessary to succeed.

By guiding girls towards a deeper understanding of their physical and mental capabilities through movement and a growth mindset, we at Movemeant Foundation are helping create a world where girls and women can feel empowered and unstoppable.

Girls throughout the world have an immense amount of power, creativity, and potential but too often that is stifled due to cultural expectations and limited opportunities. But what if every girl was free to break the mold and reach wildly for whatever her heart desires?
