[Automatic translation follows] With its 3 local agencies, ESEA is a major lever for the development of e-health in New Aquitaine.
The ESEA Public Interest Group (GIP) was born on October 1, 2017 from the merger of the 3 e-health Health Cooperation Groups (GCS) from the former Aquitaine, Limousin and Poitou-Charentes regions.
The GIP ESEA is the institutional player in digital health in New Aquitaine. Its mission of general interest is to ensure the development of e-health in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region in order to respond to the challenges of improving the coordination of care and the patient journey.
As a GRADeS (Regional Support Group for the Development of e-health), it is the preferential e-health operator of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Regional Health Agency (ARS), with which it maintains a logic of reciprocal commitments.
ESEA thus participates in the development and implementation of the regional e-health strategy supported by the ARS, in connection with the common base of digital health services defined nationally by ASIP Santé. It offers multiple services adapted to the different needs of healthcare professionals and patients and participates in major regional projects to transform the healthcare system through digital technology.
Its 3 territorial agencies, Bordeaux, Limoges and Poitiers, mark its local roots and allow close networking, essential for the development of digital health services and projects throughout New Aquitaine.
