AFL Diversity is recognized in France as one of the benchmark players in supporting businesses on diversity and inclusion issues (D & AMP; I), in France and internationally.
Adrien & amp; Fabien Figula Letort, founders of AFL Diversity, launched the Grand Prix diversity and inclusion in 2022, a flagship event that highlights inspiring initiatives to encourage a dynamic of change. This prestigious event, inaugurated each year at Unesco World Headquarters, brings together several hundred participants: business managers, associations, ministers, and committed personalities. Since its creation, it has benefited from the high patronage of the Ministry of Equality between Women and Men and the fight against discrimination.
AFL Diversity works in co-construction with its customers to develop tailor-made programs and solutions, adapted to maturity and the specific needs of each organization, by covering all the pillars of diversity.

AFL Diversity est reconnu en France comme l’un des acteurs de référence dans l’accompagnement des entreprises sur les enjeux de Diversité et Inclusion (D&I), en France et à l’international.
Adrien & Fabien Figula Letort, fondateurs d’AFL Diversity, ont lancé en 2022 le Grand Prix Diversité et Inclusion, un événement phare qui met en lumière des initiatives inspirantes pour encourager une dynamique de changement. Cet événement prestigieux, inauguré chaque année au siège mondial de l’UNESCO, rassemble plusieurs centaines de participants : dirigeants d’entreprises, associations, ministres, et personnalités engagées. Depuis sa création, il bénéficie du haut patronage du Ministère de l’Égalité entre les femmes et les hommes et de la Lutte contre les discriminations.
