We are the New Zealand Government’s leading business-facing agency. We provide world class policy, advice, regulation and services to support New Zealand businesses to grow.

We support a diverse range of portfolios including Māori economic development, building and construction, tourism and regional development, labour science and enterprise, and innovation and investment. We provide expert advice and support to Crown entities, board appointments and secretariat services. As the result of the broad scope of what we do, we offer a wide range of roles across our different locations.

Our ambition is to create a dynamic business environment which creates opportunities for all New Zealanders and contributes to growth without compromising our environment or the safety of our work places. Our Immigration New Zealand teams look after New Zealand’s immigration rules and laws, which in turn support our economic growth and strengthen our international relationships.
