Programme d'accompagnement pour développer les compétences socio-émotionnelles à l'école.
Le programme d'accompagnement et d'enseignement « Good Mood Good Learning » a été créé pour developper les compétences socio-émotionnelles et apprendre des techniques d'amélioration des apprentissages aux enfants de 6 à 12 ans à l'école.
Pourquoi ce programme?
car nous sommes des Êtres d’Émotions : nous sommes en effet dans l’émotion près de 90% de notre temps. Ces émotions impactent directement nos pensées, nos états d’âmes et nos comportements, elles contribuent pleinement à notre état de santé et agissent directement sur notre niveau de stress, nos rapports aux autres et sur notre capacité relationnelle ainsi que sur nos apprentissages.
En 2020, comment se fait-il que nos écoles n’apprennent pas ces compétences fondamentales ? En effet, l’importance de ces compétences est cruciale. Autant chez les enfants que chez les adultes. Les apprendre à l’école permettait de transformer la société.
Vu les évènements récents du Covid-19, nous constatons que ce type de crise, d’imprévus, de confinement forcé a impacté la vie émotionnelle et psychologique de nombreuses personnes.
L’agilité émotionnelle est la capacité d’une personne à être plus à l’aise, plus souple avec ses émotions, à les prendre en compte de manière plus efficace dans sa relation aux autres et à lui-même dans son environnement.
Qu’attendons-nous pour les apprendre à nos enfants ? à les armer pour le futur ...un futur heureux et serein, dans n'importe quelle situation vécue.
Nous ne pouvions plus attendre.. nos dessins animés vont OUTILLER non seulement les enfants mais également les parents et les professeurs.
