Second’ère is an association which aims to bring together economic players from all sectors, institutions and associations to jointly develop innovation in second life and waste prevention in Occitanie.
The objective of the association is to make the Occitan territory a 100% circular territory.
The office is made up of:
- Valdelia – President;
- Thank you René – Secretary;
- Makiba – Treasurer.
Second’ère’s activity is based on three missions:
MISSION 1: Create and lead an engaged community
- Bring together the four typologies of actors from the different sectors present in Occitania;
- Create the conditions for doing and learning together;
- Give everyone the means to be an actor at their own level;
MISSION 2: Study opportunities for reuse, reuse and recycling
- Know the sources of materials available for reuse, reuse and recycling;
- Translate knowledge into opportunities;
- Communicate and disseminate opportunities;
MISSION 3: Pre-incubate innovation projects
- Frame innovation projects with the stakeholders involved;
- Support the implementation of a shared experiment;
- Generate feedback and proof of concept where applicable;

Second'ère : le cluster opérationnel pour l’économie circulaire.
Second’ère est une association qui a vocation à rassembler des acteurs économiques de toutes les filières, institutionnels et associatifs pour développer ensemble l’innovation en matière de seconde vie et de prévention du déchet en Occitanie.
L’objectif de l’association est de faire du territoire occitan, un territoire 100% circulaire.
Le bureau est composé de :
- Valdelia – Président ;
- Merci René – Secrétaire ;
- Makiba – Trésorier.
L’activité de Second’ère repose sur trois missions :
MISSION 1 : Créer et animer une communauté engagée
- Rassembler les quatre typologies d’acteurs des différentes filières présentes en Occitanie ;
- Créer les conditions du faire et apprendre ensemble ;
- Donner les moyens à chacun d’être acteur à son niveau ;
MISSION 2 : Etudier les opportunités de réemploi, réutilisation et recyclage
- Connaître les gisements de matières disponibles au réemploi, réutilisation et au recyclage ;
- Traduire la connaissance en opportunités ;
- Communiquer et diffuser les opportunités ;
MISSION 3 : Pré-incuber des projets d’innovation
- Cadrer les projets d’innovation avec les acteurs impliqués ;
- Accompagner la réalisation d’une expérimentation mutualisée ;
- Générer un retour d’expérience et une preuve de concept le cas échéant ;
- Accompagner les projets vers leur développement et leur pérennisation.
