The Institute for Research in Management and Economics is the research center of the University of Savoie Mont Blanc which brings together teacher-researchers in management and economics from five components of the university (IAE Savoie Mont Blanc, IUT Annecy and Chambéry , Polytech, Faculty of Law and LLSH) and Grenoble School of Management.

In connection with two major societal challenges, the ecological transition and the knowledge economy, the two multidisciplinary axes contribute to better understanding the adoption of innovative and responsible approaches at the individual, organizational and societal scales and to evaluating their effects, in particular when they are encouraged by public policies.
The high-level research carried out at IREGE provides answers to the needs of organizations (public or private) and the territory.
With the support of the USMB Foundation, the research chairs supported by IREGE demonstrate this ability to reconcile academic excellence and impact on the territory.

L’Institut de Recherche en Gestion et en Économie est le centre de recherche de l’Université Savoie Mont Blanc qui rassemble les enseignants-chercheurs en gestion et en économie de cinq composantes de l’université (IAE Savoie Mont Blanc, IUT Annecy et Chambéry, Polytech, Faculté de Droit et LLSH) et de Grenoble École de Management.

Pour contribuer aux grands challenges sociétaux.
En lien avec deux grands défis sociétaux, la transition écologique et l’économie de la connaissance, les deux axes pluridisciplinaires contribuent à mieux comprendre l’adoption de démarches innovantes et responsables aux échelles individuelle, organisationnelle et sociétale et à en évaluer les effets, notamment lorsqu’elles sont incitées par des politiques publiques.
Les recherches de haut niveau menées à l’IREGE fournissent des réponses aux besoins des organisations (publiques ou privées) et du territoire.
Avec l’appui de la Fondation USMB, les chaires de recherche portées par l’IREGE témoignent de cette capacité à concilier excellence académique et impact sur le territoire.
Le laboratoire a développé des liens fructueux et récurrents avec des partenaires prestigieux nationaux et internationaux.
