Un aidant est une personne qui apporte, à titre personnel, un soutien moral ou physique à un proche en situation de handicap, malade ou âgé, dans l’accomplissement des tâches de la vie courante.
Être aidant nécessite de passer du temps à s’informer, comprendre la maladie, trouver des solutions, mettre en place des dispositifs, pour proposer la vie la plus normale possible à son proche. Malheureusement, beaucoup d’entre eux manquent de repères sur leur statut et sur les solutions à leur portée, et vivent ce qui ressemble trop souvent à un parcours du combattant.
Ma Boussole Aidants est un service digital gratuit qui centralise les informations et aides disponibles en proximité. Il permet d’accéder en quelques clics à des solutions géolocalisées et personnalisées en fonction de la situation de l'aidant et de son proche (aides à domicile, au transport, lieux de vie, activités et séjours adaptés, soutien psychologique, événements...) ainsi qu'à des articles et témoignages de professionnels et d'aidants.
L’initiative Ma Boussole Aidants a été impulsée en 2017 par l’Institution de Retraite Complémentaire KLESIA Agirc-Arrco et est soutenue par le régime Agirc-Arrco.
