- A CCI project manager carries out a 360 diagnosis with you and ensures the smooth running of the mission.
- A consultant, specially selected with regard to the issues identified, supports the manager and his teams in carrying out a diagnosis and steering the action plans until concrete results.
- Trainers and a course facilitator ensure the skills development of your teams.
The partnership with Bpifrance also allows you to integrate into a network of excellence and access an e-learning channel dedicated to managers.
More than 2,300 courses have been completed, rolled out in each department by the CCI Nantes St-Nazaire, the CCI Maine et Loire, the CCI Mayenne, the CCI Le Mans-Sarthe and the CCI Vendée.
