Moving Ahead is a specialist social impact organisation dedicated to advancing workplace inclusion and diversity. We’re world experts in the design and delivery of internal, sector-specific and cross-company structured developmental mentoring. Our mentoring programmes champion all forms of diversity, from gender and ethnicity to thinking and learning styles, and socio-economic background. We also design and deliver targeted development programmes to accelerate women's development and develop inclusive skills for line managers. To date, we have supported more than 30,000 individuals across more than 300 organisations and 30 different sectors, in locations from the UK to Australia, and New York to Nigeria.
Talk to us about:
• Joining one of our cross-company mentoring programmes, for example the 30% Club cross-company mentoring programme to advance workplace gender diversity and Mission INCLUDE to advance broader workplace inclusion
• How to use structured mentoring to advance your organisation’s diversity and talent
• BAME mentoring programmes (reverse mentoring, group mentoring circles and more)
• Developing your inclusion and diversity roadmap and ecosystem of interventions and communications
• Our next global Summit and our outstanding faculty of subject-matter experts and speakers who are available for workshops and keynotes
• Our latest research into advancing female entrepreneurship, carried out in collaboration with McKinsey & Company and JPMorgan Chase
• Momentum – our digital toolkit to support line managers in having inclusive conversations, available anytime, anywhere
We collaborate with campaigns and professional bodies such as 30% Club, Women in Rail, The Institute of Actuaries, Women in Defence and Wellcome Trust, and with organisations such as Santander, the Guardian, London Stock Exchange Group, Ocado and JPMorgan Chase. We also partner with organisations to develop inclusion and diversity roadmaps and connected cultures, and to advance inclusion.
