Blue Choice is a transition strategy and risk consulting firm founded by Cédric Ringenbach, the creator of the Fresque du Climat* association.
The current economy is in a form of paradox: a growing number of organizations are making increasingly ambitious ecological commitments. However, in the event that the necessary economic transformation takes place in sufficient proportions, the business model of certain companies will be seriously disrupted and very few of them anticipate it.
Blue Choice was born in 2020 to help organizations escape this paradox.

Currently, the firm works on 4 levels of support:

Blue Choice est un cabinet de conseil en stratégie et risque de transition fondé par Cédric Ringenbach, le créateur de l’association de la Fresque du Climat*.
L'économie actuelle est dans une forme de paradoxe : un nombre croissant d'organisations prennent des engagements écologiques de plus en plus ambitieux. Pourtant, dans le cas où la transformation économique nécessaire a lieu dans les proportions suffisantes, le modèle d'affaires de certaines entreprises sera sérieusement bousculé et très peu d’entre elles l’anticipent.
Blue Choice est né en 2020 pour aider les organisations à sortir de ce paradoxe.
Nous accompagnons les acteurs à travers des missions de conseil pour qu’ils réunissent les conditions de cette transition et projettent leur business model dans un monde qui décide de rester bien en dessous des +2° C de réchauffement.
