Those responsible for IT and digital services in local authorities must remain constantly informed of functional, organizational, legal and technological developments on these subjects. Manufacturers and service providers need to understand market expectations, and to meet and discuss with areas that have needs.
By joining ADCET you will regularly receive relevant information and you will be able to exchange with other members within the working groups or by participating in the annual meetings on digital uses.
Furthermore, our association works to define and promote French and European standards and by joining us you will contribute to ensuring our sovereignty and independence in the management of digital uses.

La crise sanitaire a confirmé et amplifié la nécessité de déployer les usages numériques dans les territoires pour faciliter l’accès des citoyens aux services de la vie quotidienne : transport et mobilités, services de proximité , accès aux sites de loisirs et culturels ...tout en évitant la fracture numérique qui pourrait affecter certains et en protégeant la vie privée et les données personnelles des utilisateurs dans le strict respect du RGPD (règlement général pour la protection des données personnelles).
Les responsables des services informatiques et du numérique dans les collectivités territoriales doivent rester informés en permanence des évolutions fonctionnelles , organisationnelles, juridiques et technologiques sur ces sujets. Les industriels et prestataires de services ont besoin de comprendre les attentes du marché, de rencontrer et d’échanger avec les territoires qui ont des besoins.
En adhérant à l’ADCET vous recevrez régulièrement des informations pertinentes et vous pourrez échanger avec les autres membres au sein des groupes de travail ou en participant aux Assises annuelles des usages numériques.
Par ailleurs notre association travaille à la définition et la promotion de standards français et européens et en nous rejoignant vous contribuerez à assurer notre souveraineté et notre indépendance dans la gestion des usages numériques.
