En tant que partenaire social il contribue à bâtir un dialogue social constructif. Il est fédérateur des branches professionnelles et son action est relayée dans les Medef territoriaux.
Appuyé par une équipe de permanents dynamiques et compétents, fort de ses réussites passées et tourné vers l’avenir, le Medef Côte d’Or se dote d’un projet ambitieux au service de ses adhérents, décliné autour de trois thèmes : anticiper la croissance, faciliter la croissance et inspirer la croissance.
