    Experts are the first free, 100 % digital directory of all French and French -speaking women. While less than 35% of expert guest experts in the media are women, the expert project offers a single database of women researchers, business of associations, presidents of associations or institutions managers.

    Tired of having systematically getting answered "There are no expert women!", Marie-Françoise Colombani and Chekeba Hachemi created the first guide to paper version with the Epoke agency in 2012.
    In 2015, under the leadership of the Egaé group, and in partnership with Radio France and France Television, the expert guide became digital on Experts.fr.
    In 2017, the project of international spear experts and created the Site Expertsfrancophones.org, in partnership with the International Organization of La Francophonie.

    The Egaé group also offers one day training, open to experts, aimed at strengthening their qualifications and bypassing self-censorship. During these sessions which alternate practical know-how and educational exercises, experts are led to work individually or in a group from their subject of expertise. They are also put in situation from realistic practical cases.

Alors que moins de 35% des expert.e.s invité.e.s dans les médias sont des femmes, le projet des Expertes propose une base de données unique de femmes chercheuses, cheffes d’entreprises, présidentes d’associations ou responsables d’institutions.

    Lassées de s’entendre répondre systématiquement "Il n’y a pas de femmes expertes !"​, Marie-Françoise Colombani et Chekeba Hachemi ont créé en 2012 le premier Guide des expertes version papier avec l’agence EpOke.
    En 2015, sous l’impulsion du groupe Egaé, et en partenariat avec Radio France et France Télévision, le Guide des expertes est devenu numérique sur expertes.fr.
    En 2017, le projet des Expertes de lance à l’international et crée le site expertesfrancophones.org, en partenariat avec l’Organisation internationale de la Francophonie.

    >> Des formations pour les Expertes
    Le groupe Egaé propose également des formations d’une journée, ouvertes aux Expertes, visant à renforcer leurs qualifications et à contourner l’auto-censure. Lors de ces séances qui alternent savoir-faire pratique et exercices pédagogiques, les Expertes sont amenées à travailler individuellement ou en groupe à partir de leur sujet d’expertise. Elles sont également mises en situation à partir de cas pratiques réalistes.
