The competition entry for the Solar Decathlon Europe 2021/22 is currently being promoted at the Rosenheim University of Technology by an interdisciplinary team of students from various courses and faculties with around 20 advising professors at their side. The various work areas are supervised by eleven student team leaders from different disciplines, each of whom supervises a larger group of students.
Our motivation for participating in SDE21/22 is not only to maintain the level of the university's competition contribution at SDE10 in Madrid, but also to make a meaningful contribution to the climate neutrality of our cities. That's why we want to create sustainable, energy-efficient and socially acceptable architecture in order to promote the energy transition in urban districts and design sustainable cities.
With our innovative living concept, we want to improve German cities not only architecturally and aesthetically, but also socially. The new affordable living space adapts to the individual models and needs of different population groups through flexible use.

Der Wettbewerbsbeitrag für den Solar Decathlon Europe 2021/22 wird an der Technischen Hochschule Rosenheim derzeit von einem interdisziplinären Team aus Studierenden verschiedener Studiengänge und Fakultäten mit rund 20 beratenden Professoren an ihrer Seite vorangetrieben. Die verschiedenen Arbeitsbereiche werden von elf studentischen Teamleitern aus unterschiedlichen Fachrichtungen betreut, die jeweils eine größere Gruppe von Studenten betreuen.
Unsere Motivation zur Teilnahme an der SDE21/22 ist nicht nur, das Niveau des universitären Wettbewerbsbeitrags bei der SDE10 in Madrid zu halten, sondern auch einen sinnvollen Beitrag zur Klimaneutralität unserer Städte zu leisten. Deshalb wollen wir nachhaltige, energieeffiziente und sozialverträgliche Architektur schaffen, um die Energiewende in urbanen Quartieren voranzutreiben und nachhaltige Städte zu gestalten.
Mit unserem innovativen Wohnkonzept wollen wir deutsche Städte nicht nur architektonisch und ästhetisch, sondern auch sozial aufwerten. Der neue bezahlbare Wohnraum passt sich durch flexible Nutzung an die individuellen Modelle und Bedürfnisse verschiedener Bevölkerungsgruppen an.
