Queb is the association of well-known employers for excellence and innovation in the areas of employer branding, HR marketing and recruiting.
The association represents over 60 well-known companies with more than 6 million employees from all sectors.
Our general meetings and forums (internal HR congresses) usually take place twice a year at different locations. There are also regional network meetings and numerous national working groups. We also offer our members benchmarks, various training seminars (Queb Academies), Quebinare, and much more.
The Queb working groups are constantly dealing with current topics relating to national and international HR marketing and employer branding. Regular exchange of experience, the development of work and quality guidelines as well as benchmarks and analyses are initiated. The identification of HR tools and new trends is the focus of our work as a national association. The aim is to create joint initiatives and platforms for the attraction, integration and retention of employees from all member companies.

Der Verband repräsentiert über 60 namhafte Unternehmen mit mehr als 6 Millionen Arbeitnehmern aller Branchen.
Unsere Mitgliederversammlungen und Foren (interne HR Kongresse) finden in der Regel zwei Mal im Jahr an unterschiedlichen Standorten statt. Hinzu kommen regionale Netzwerktreffen sowie zahlreiche überregionale Arbeitsgruppen. Außerdem bieten wir unseren Mitgliedern Benchmarks, verschiedene Weiterbildungsseminare (Queb Academies), Quebinare, u. v. m. an.
Die Queb Arbeitsgruppen beschäftigen sich fortlaufend mit aktuellen Themen rund um das nationale und internationale Personalmarketing und Employer Branding. Regelmäßiger Erfahrungsaustausch, die Entwicklung von Arbeits- und Qualitätsleitlinien sowie Benchmarks und Analysen werden initiiert. Die Identifizierung von HR-Tools und neuen Trends steht im Mittelpunkt unserer Arbeit als Bundesverband. Ziel ist die Schaffung gemeinsamer Initiativen und Plattformen für die Attraktion, Integration und Retention von Mitarbeitern aller Mitgliedsunternehmen.
