Voor de verandering
In netwerkorganisatie Forzes werken we met vakgenoten met een gedeelde achtergrond in de (toegepaste) onderwijskunde en organisatiepsychologie als adviseurs samen bij organisatieontwikkeling, teamontwikkeling en leiderschapsontwikkeling voor onze opdrachtgevers.
Wij werken met aandacht aan ontwikkeling van onszelf, het professionele netwerk en klanten door proactief kennis en ervaring te delen. Zowel nationaal als internationaal. We experimenteren met en nemen actief deel aan netwerken voor nieuwe vormen van leren en organiseren. Wij organiseren netwerkbijeenkomsten waar we vakgenoten en relaties ontmoeten en samenwerken aan kennisdeling & ontwikkeling (zie www.forzes.nl).
Wat ons dagelijks in onze opdrachten drijft is om mensen, teams en organisaties te bewegen naar hun kracht. Dit doen we door op nieuwsgierige en stevige wijze onze ideeën en expertise betekenisvol te verbinden met die van onze klanten.
