    Το Ίδρυμα Έρευνας και Καινοτομίας (ΙδΕΚ) αποτελεί τον εθνικό φορέα, αρμόδιο για την υποστήριξη και προώθηση της έρευνας, της τεχνολογικής ανάπτυξης και της καινοτομίας στην Κύπρο.

    Όραμα του ΙδΕΚ είναι να καταστεί η χώρα μια δυναμική και ανταγωνιστική οικονομία με βασικούς πυλώνες ανάπτυξης την έρευνα, την επιστημονική αριστεία και την καινοτόμο επιχειρηματικότητα, ώστε να αποτελέσει περιφερειακό κέντρο στους εν λόγω τομείς.
