At the helm of the new Pihl will be the man to whom the company's legendary CEO for four decades, Søren Langvad, himself passed the baton on: Halldór Páll Ragnarsson, who will take up the position of Pihl's managing director at the latest on 1 August 2017. It was Ragnarsson who, through the 1990s and onwards, turned the smaller construction contractor Pihl into a leading Danish construction contractor. The new Pihl is determined to regain that position.
Behind the new Pihls stands a true entrepreneur and successful entrepreneur: Carsten Mindegaard, who with his company – the raw house contractor LM Byg A/S – just like Søren Langvad has built on a family-owned construction business – and led it to success! It has happened on values and with a company culture that bears comparison with Pihls.
