We are a registered social landlord providing more than 2,500 homes across Dumfries and Galloway. Our vision and purpose is to create great places to live. We believe everyone has the right to a safe, warm and affordable home and to feel part of a community where they can belong. We work closely with partners who share or can support our aims to make a difference in communities and to overcome challenges with homelessness, poverty and inequality.

We provide accommodation with enhanced services for those over 55 with our Later Living developments. In Summer 2022 we will complete The Garrick: the region’s first Employment Hub and accommodation offer for young people in the West of the region.
