Value proposition

The goal of the project is to provide citizens and policy makers with information about nuclear weapons, arms control and disarmament based on open scientific analysis.

The project is directed by Pavel Podvig. He has been the principal investigator of the Russian Nuclear Forces project from its very beginning in 1991 and was the editor of the Russian and English editions of the book Russian Strategic Nuclear Forces.
