Over the past five years, there has been an explosion in apps and services that facilitate project management, workflows, tasks, and to-do lists, such as Basecamp, Wunderlist, Asana, and Evernote. ZenDay estimates that there are 100 million busy mobile professionals and consumers in the US who are expected to consolidate, prioritize, and never miss deadlines, across all these projects and apps. These users need an integrated system that prioritizes their tasks, regardless of the source, and fits those tasks into their calendar.
Unlike all recent "smart" apps that manage either appointments or tasks, ZenDay transforms Time Management by dynamically combining calendars and tasks from multiple sources into one unified timeline. ZenDay synchronizes with multiple task and project services to serve as a global planning tool for prioritizing, planning, and updating tasks, projects, and workflows. ZenDay can replace several apps on users mobile devices.
Our recent results have validated key product and business hypothesis:
· After more than 250K free downloads, users love ZenDay’s Floating Tasks concept and "will miss this feature in every other calendar app"
· Users are buying ZenDay’s synchronization plug-ins, such as Google Tasks, Evernote, and are requesting more plug-ins, like Toodledo
· ZenDay’s 3D timeline is relevant and attracts OEMs' attention:
