Our Government Affairs & Policy team had the privilege of visiting the Iona Senior Services Washington Home Center, a daytime respite facility for seniors living with cognitive impairment.
During their visit, they connected with participants through engaging activities, including a meet-and-greet, group chair exercises, a reading circle and trivia. These moments of joy and connection reflect our commitment to supporting the well-being of those impacted by #AlzheimersDisease and #dementia.

Our Government Affairs & Policy and Advocacy teams hosted their first Advocacy Policy Summit in Washington, D.C., bringing together more than 15 advocacy partners from across our therapeutic areas. The Summit provided a valuable opportunity to better understand the patient care journey and the policy challenges they face.
Several important topics were discussed including the fact that #AlzheimersDisease and #oncology care paradigms have many commonalities, highlighting the need for a unified voice in advancing policy goals.

We’re proud to support the James M. Dixon Foundation and their efforts to aid those impacted by #AlzheimersDisease and #dementia. Through the foundation’s Food Insecurities Program, our hhceco Center employees donated pantry staples to help provide nourishment and support to those in need.

At our latest Speaker Series event, a common thread connected many employees — being part of the generation raising children and caring for their aging parents. This group is better known as the “sandwich generation.”
Christy Byrne Yates, M.S., licensed educational psychologist and author, shared insights from her own experience as a mother while being a caregiver to parents living with #dementia. Her strategies and reminders to seek support are explored further in her book “Building a Legacy of Love: Thriving in the Sandwich Generation.”

Our end-of-year All-Employee Meeting brought us together as One Team, where leaders shared key business updates and unveiled our 2025 strategy.
