What we do must be with respect for the animal. For example, we choose the Livar pig instead of the 'industrial pig' because this pig is treated with respect, has more space, is fed local feed and - also importantly - has more taste to offer. We don't accept a floppy chicken, but we do accept the Gildehoen.
We process the products and vacuum pack them with the utmost care and hygiene. The photos on the website are of our own products so you can see what you get. You can choose from different delivery methods that suit you best. For example, you have Trunkrs where your order is delivered in the evening, while it has only been picked up from us that same afternoon. The meat therefore only has a short transit time in packaging that cools so well that it is guaranteed to arrive frozen. On-time delivery is also guaranteed, you will be told in advance what time the driver will arrive. All packaging is recycled and recyclable, which is better for the environment.

Als liefhebbers begonnen we met onze online slagerij en bezorging aan huis zodat iedere particulier toegang heeft tot het mooiste vlees en bijzondere stukken. We brengen vlees met echte smaak, waaronder onbekende stukken en we willen Nederland kennis te laten maken met nieuwe smaken en ervaringen.

Ook de Boston Butt, een stuk speciaal voor de barbecueliefhebber was, als eerste in Europa, te koop bij ons. Naast heel mooi vlees letten we ook op dierenwelzijn. Wat we doen moet met respect voor het dier zijn. Zo kiezen we voor het Livar varken in plaats van het 'industrievarken' omdat dit varken met respect wordt behandeld, meer ruimte heeft, lokaal voer krijgt en -ook belangrijk- meer smaak te bieden heeft. Een plofkip komt er bij ons niet in, maar wel de Gildehoen.
Met uiterste zorg en hygiëne verwerken we de producten en verpakken deze vacuüm. De foto's op de website zijn dan ook van onze eigen producten zodat je kunt zien wat je krijgt. Je kan bij ons kiezen uit verschillende manieren van bezorging die het beste bij je past. Zo heb je Trunkrs waarbij je bestelling s'avonds wordt geleverd, terwijl het diezelfde middag pas bij ons is opgehaald. Het vlees is dus maar kort onderweg in een verpakking die zo goed koelt dat diepvries gegarandeerd als diepvries aankomt. Ook een tijdige levering is gegarandeerd, je krijgt vooraf te horen hoe laat de chauffeur komt. Alle verpakkingen zijn gerecycled en recyclebaar, dat is beter voor het milieu.
